Introduction

Welcome to Travelling Tots. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These govern Travelling Tots’ relationship with you in relation to this website and our services.

Equipment Rental

All equipment rentals require a booking made in advance through our website, via WhatsApp or over the phone. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Full payment is required in cash at the time of delivery or pickup for the entire rental period. The amount due will be confirmed on your quote and confirmation email. If you need equipment for a shorter duration than initially booked, we may offer a partial refund, provided we can rent the equipment to another customer. Please note that such refunds cannot be guaranteed. For requests to extend the rental period, we will do our utmost to accommodate you; however, availability cannot be assured as the equipment may already be reserved for other customers.

Use of Equipment

All items are supplied at the highest standard and are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before delivery. Customers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided with the equipment. Before using any equipment, customers are advised to conduct their own safety check. Travelling Tots will not be held liable for accidents or injuries arising from the use of the equipment.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, especially when travelling with children. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled delivery or pickup, with no penalty. We do, however, reserve the right to charge customers 50% of their booking in the event of a cancellation on the day of a scheduled delivery or pickup.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated with customers in advance to ensure convenience. While Travelling Tots strives to adhere strictly to the agreed schedule, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We request that customers be present at the designated location at the scheduled times for both delivery and equipment return to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Equipment Return and Damage

The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup by one of our representatives. Equipment must be returned in an undamaged condition at the end of the rental period. In the event of damage, Travelling Tots reserves the right to charge the customer an appropriate amount to cover repair or replacement costs if, in the view of Travelling Tots. the damage is substantial. The renter also agrees to return all items in the same clean condition as received (with the exception of normal wear and tear).

Limitation of Liability

Travelling Tots will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our equipment or website.

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted on our website. The terms and conditions were last updated on May 24th 2024.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Travelling Tots operates, Spain.
